I am a 36 year resident of the greater Phoenix area and a Fountain Hills resident for over 8 years. I first started in Real Estate in 1974 and have been a Fountain Hills Realtor area since 2001. I am a member of Scottsdale Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors
I was the Fountain Hills RMS tour director for 2003 (I would set up the MLS tours for this area) so I have vast and current knowledge of the properites on the market.
I believe the relationship between a real estate agent and client should be open and honest with no game playing and no "attitudes". I won't take you to an overpriced home just to try to sell you the next priced at market value.
